WHO I AM
I am Bea La Cook, a French chef passionate about innovative, tasty, and environmentally friendly plant-based cuisine. From a young age, I was immersed in gastronomy, influenced by a family that values the pleasure of good eating and companionship. After studying food and health engineering, and training at the Ferrandi cooking school in Paris, I embarked on a transformative journey through South America that broadened my culinary vision. Back in France, I worked in a large agribusiness group, but in 2022, I decided to change my life and settled in the Canary Islands to create Bea La Cook.
